Angie approached Phage to re-brand her jewellery business to reflect a move into new product ranges without alienating her existing, and already loyal, customers. Using colour, type, movement, and pattern together we created an identity that straddled contemporary and traditional styles. The little foil-blocked boxes, folded from a single sheet with no gluing involved, are an unusual approach to jewellery packaging, epitomising the simplicity of form and understated luxury that draw people to an Angie Boothroyd piece, as well as being more cost-effective, easy to store, and environmentally friendly.
Throughout the commissioning process I really felt that Phage understood my business and what needed to be conveyed through the new identity. They did an amazing job of crystallising my entire business ethos into a concise and striking logo, and developed an identity which works very well on a practical level as well as adding value to my brand.
